Individual must be motivatedand willing to learn all aspects of funeral service, with effective communication skills and ability to work independently. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (must be mentioned on application/resume):
Four-year college degree in biomedical science or healthcare and two-years experience working in organ, tissue, or eye donation, or in a healthcare related field and direct patient contact; or two-year degree and four years experience working in organ, tissue, or eye donation or in a healthcare related field direct patient contact; OR an equivalent combination of related education and experience to total six years.
Experience prioritizing multiple tasks with varying/simultaneous deadlines.
Documented experience in decision-making; problem-solving.
Experience performing work independently and as a team.
Demonstrated / documented excellent interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail; analytical.
Experience using computers and software programs.
Must be available to work an open and flexible schedule, including occasional nights, weekends and holidays.

Bio Skills Lab Coordinator
Provides facilitation, planning, promotion, and delivery of Bio-Skills lab programs at TRIA. Trains, supports and coordinates technical staffing of the Bio-Skills lab to ensure appropriate and competent staff coverage and provide the highest level of service to TRIA’s Bio-Skills lab customers. In conjunction with Bio-Skills lab coordinator and manager, team lead monitors schedule and program arrangements, including registration, specimen acquisition, staff/faculty and facility. Ensures compliance with applicable policies and procedures and ensures safety procedures in the lab are followed at all times. When not working in the Bio-Skills lab, this position will work in TRIA Research & Education. Education/Experience: High School Diploma, Graduate of a Surgical Technician Program preferred. Previous experience in surgical skill lab (preferred).

We are currently seeking an individual to serve their Wisconsin apprenticeship with our funeral home. Completion of Mortuary School preferred but not required. We serve approximately 140-180 families each year. Our northwest Wisconsin firm is family owned and operated. You will interact directly with the families during their time of need and will be responsible for ensuring the highest of customer satisfaction.
